What we're looking for

Finance, research, and business development experience for leading protocol strategy. Operator familiar with DeFi, DeFi protocols, macro financial market, regulatory, and options.

Responsibilities

• Lead all current operations and plan future operations
• Lead business development efforts for integrating with other defi projects
• Lead initiatives to improve ethereum ecosystem (public goods funding)
• Research defi protocol initiatives and organize statistics/metrics
• Grow user base and community

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in growing fintech/consumer products
• Familiar with defi ecosystem
• Finance or mathematics background
